  • Consider joining the 8-week program of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Our program is modeled after the highly acclaimed MBSR Program started at the University of Mass. Medical Center in 1979. Research has shown that MBSR can helpfully alleviate many conditions such as heart disease, chronic pain, high blood pressure, cancer, headaches, fatigue, sleep disturbances, anxiety, depression, and job and family stress.
